I have a strong and comprehensive understanding in managing teams, leading design as well as project management. My global expertise is the result of countless energy and process industry projects that have included diverse roles throughout the entire field, as a representative of engineering firms, technology suppliers and energy industry service providers. I believe in cooperation, with a dedication to work and continuous innovation. Everything begins with people and communication is my most valued tool.

In my spare time, my dedication to teamwork shifts to family; with my three daughters, wife and two dogs. My interests include wines, cooking and traveling. Padel, skiing and exercise keep me in shape.

When talking about global energy and process industry delivery projects – I have extensive experience in both fields. My strengths include efficient and economical project implementation, maintaining good customer relations and developing new processes for companies. I excel in development work and sales, as well as project planning concepts. I am passionate about my work and motivating our customers and partners – empathy and openness to new ideas are just as important as efficiency and precision.

Outside of work, my project team consists of my two daughters and my wife. My great passion is basketball – both playing and in club activities, which allows me to support the growth of young people both on and off the court. I also get energy from padel, nordic skating and spending time at my summer cottage.

Careful and properly scheduled process engineering creates basis for succeeding in delivery projects and concept phase projects in energy and process industries. I also apply this approach to my own work.

I have gained my previous work experience in process engineering by working for technology suppliers in domestic and international energy sector delivery and sales projects.

My expertise lies in process engineering, with a focus on flue gas cleaning systems, flue gas condensing plants and integrating a heat pump as part of the flue gas heat recovery process.

I believe that cooperation and open communication in projects brings the best possible outcome for all parties involved. My strengths in project work are organizational skills, understanding the big picture and good communication skills and the desire to learn new things.

In my free time I relax by playing the guitar, cooking, hiking in the nature, and by doing physical exercise like jogging or cross-country skiing.

I have extensive experience in resourcing teams, leading design processes and managing projects. My expertise has been shaped by a wide range of projects in the energy process, pulp and paper and chemical industries. I have worked in various engineering roles and my strongest expertise lies in the areas of layout, piping and mechanical engineering.

Due to my over thirty years of experience in global energy and process industry projects – I have extensive experience especially on commissioning area. I have strengths on implementation commissioning for variation size of plants
