
Adven Oy implemented a 3.5 MW pellet boiler plant in Turenki, designed to produce steam for the needs of food industry production. The plant was constructed in the immediate vicinity of an operating factory and was integrated into the existing energy facility, which required careful scheduling, technical coordination, and systematic safety management.

Implementation and success
Ballmovers was responsible for the operational management of the project, coordination of site activities, and safety management throughout the different project phases.
The work included schedule management, contractor coordination, and systematic supervision of safety measures to ensure that the new boiler plant was smoothly integrated into the existing energy system.
The result was an different and safely implemented pellet boiler plant that strengthens the sustainability and reliability of the client’s energy solutions.
A particular success of the project was zero accidents throughout its duration, as well as commissioning of the plant two months ahead of schedule.
