The scope of the project included flue gas heat recovery, a condensate treatment system, and a significant heat pump installation as part of the existing power plant environment.

Implementation and success
Ballmovers was responsible for the overall design and coordination of construction and commissioning in a demanding plant environment.
The work included coordinating multiple contractors, documenting installations, and managing the commissioning process in a controlled manner to ensure that the entire system was implemented safely and according to plan.
